Local Insurance Company in Tierra Verde in search of Customer Service Representative. This is a family owned business that is looking for the perfect person that wants to join their team.

Candidate will: answer phones learning product & service information with suggestions to assist clients, document in real time as they receive phone calls in a proprietary software system, resolve and follow up on any problems to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Must have: Word, Excel, Email, Internet and a minimum of 45 WPM typing, 1 year of Customer Service experience, Clean Background and be able to pass a drug screen with reliable transportation.

Client will pay for Bayway Pass and when hired will also offer 440 license if interested after 30 days and pay for as well as 220 license after 12 months. Bonus Plan also after hired in.
