Diversified Soucing Solutions is looking for a HR Assistant needed to help with electronic documentation/filing, auditing, general employee support duties and other HR duties as assigned. This is a temp to hire position, $13.00 - $17.00 per hour Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
•Education and/or Experience: High School graduate with some college level studies in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Prior HR clerical experience with employment and other employment related documents, worker's compensation, Leaves of Absence, Employee Relations, Medical and other HR-related documentation.
•Experience with HR Audit processes and communication
•Experience with employment verifications
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Pleasant, welcoming demeanor - cheerful disposition.
•Must have computer experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with scanning software, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS preferred.
•Must have excellent organizational skills with high level of attention to detail.
•Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Must exhibit professionalism, confidentiality and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
•Ability to work as a team player and independently, as needed.
•Must have strong customer service skills.
