Lead CNC Operator needed for global company with excellent benefits.

Must be able to operate a variety of machining equipment (lathe, mill and drill), manual and CNC.  


High school diploma or GED
3 years’ experience on manual machining equipment (lathe, mill, drill)
Ability to perform required set up process.
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to work from detailed prints and drawings as well as verbal instruction
Ability to use shop arithmetic including decimals and fractions.
Ability to use judgment to perform and make decisions as to the sequence of setups, operations, and processes within the limitations of recognized or standard methods and procedures.
Must have basic tools of trade.


5 years’ experience and advanced knowledge of manual and CNC machining processes.
Journeyman card in related field.
Advanced knowledge of blueprints and layout work.
CNC programming knowledge and experience
