Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Intermodal Support Clerk for a

Temp to Hire position.  Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm


This position will call for Heavy Data Entry experience with accuracy is a must.  We are seeking someone with good computer skills, bilingual (Spanish/English) a big plus, must be a team player and work well with others!  Prior Freight Forwarding Industry experience preferred but not required.  Dispatch experience a huge plus.

Pay - $11 to $12 per hour MAX


Job Duties Include:

·         Enter work orders as received

·         Equipment releases

·         Per Diem/Tire Bills/Chassis Bills

·         Driver’s settlements

·         Weekly Run numbers

·         Driver’s paperwork for invoicing

·         Check settlement sheets

·         Drop report daily

·         Filing

·         Assist Houston Intermodal Department as directed by supervisor

·         Backup answering phones during lunch
