We are looking for qualified Executive Administrative Assistants for multiple positions with our clients.

We are seeking someone who is great on the phone, values customer service, proficient in general office duties, and can multi task with ease. This position requires someone who is a self starter and does not get lost in the details. The ideal candidate will be able to remain composed under pressure and have the capabilities of supporting multiple managers at any given time. 

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Multi line phones systems
  • Office Organization
  • Calendar Management
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Travel Arrangments
  • Event Coordinating


Job Requirements

2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Conflict resolution experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
