The Quality Manager will have the primary responsibility for the development, oversight and leadership of the Quality function for the Liquid Foods division. This position is responsible for the
implementation and execution of Quality Management Systems, from supplier qualification through distribution. The Director participates in cross functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives and processes, and will lead a team of Quality professionals.
BS Degree in Manufacturing or Quality Assurance Engineering
Seven years’ experience in field of Manufacturing Engineering
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN and Six Sigma
Background in Quality Assurance / Manufacturing Engineering environment
Strong written & verbal communication skills essential
Ten years’ experience in field of Manufacturing Engineering
Four years minimum experience as a Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Engineering in a job shop
Knowledgeable in all aspects and disciplines of manufacturing
