IT Helpdesk Technicians NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! $17-$20 hr to start (Tier 1 & 2)
Must be able to work schedule as assigned which will fall within the following hours and rotates monthly....so you MUST be flexible and able to work WEEKENDS.
MON-FRI 8am to 8pm (3 shifts)
SAT 9am to 7pm
Sun: 12pm to 6pm
Responsible to provide business support to our computer systems and all business functions as they relate to our corporate back-office systems and POS systems. Must be able to speak well and have the patience to support end-users across a variety of systems on a diverse selection of equipment (PC's, lasers, printers, dot matrix printers, thermal receipt printers, tape drives etc...)
CompTia A+, Net+, LINUX+
5 years experience hardware support technician, diagnose hardware issues and effect repairs on multiple desktop and laptop platforms
2 years applicable experience
6 months to 1 year PC hardware installation and repair, PC operating system command line experience, PC application software install and configuration, basic networking interfaces and phone support
