Position is Primarily responsible for investigating and resolving software & hardware problems of computer users.
Admisiter permissions for workflow for SharePoint based ticket system, route & track IT services. maintain inventory,assist with projects in the lab and testing area,troubleshoot,handle calls,send & receive faxes, answer & receive as well as prioritize incoming calls & emails,determine wheter hardware or software issue,logs all calls on management database and maintains all history records,helpdesk incident reports,calls hardware & software vendors reguarding defective product, revises or writes training manuels, develops training materials, trains users on software and hardware in a classroom, installs personal computers.
Microsoft Applications, understanding of computers and technology.multi task, attention to detail, team player, confidentiality, sports minded individuals work well,good sense of humor.
Bachlors degree from a 4 year college or University and two years related experience and/or training or equivalent experience.
