Catalog Customer Service
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a catalog customer service agent. Must be comfortable helping customer either by phone, web chat or email. Must have an outgoing personality. The ideal candidate will have worked in a high end retail environment helping customers.
Interact with customers through calls, email and web chat
Place orders, help customers select products, answer product questions, process returns/exchanges
Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding existing orders
Monday thru Friday, daytime hours only, no nights or weekends
