Legal Real Estate Assistant
Require Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years applicable Administrative and/or Office Management experience.
2 years Leasing or Real Estate experience preferred.
Ability to interpret complex legal real estate/leasing documents and understand legal terminology.
Knowledge of/ experience in the field of commercial real estate and lease administration or project management in a corporate envirnonment.
Ability to address and resolve internal/external real estate, legal and customer service issues.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with management, customers, landlords, property managers, realtors, dealers and other company departments and personal written or verbally.
Strong and effective analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work on mulitiple projects simultaneously and prioritize and close.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a highly detail-oriented and organized manner while accurately producing work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Intermediate to advanced compuet skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and maintain database information.
