Accounts Payable Supervisor
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity within the Lakeland area. The A/P Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 employees.
**Ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in Accounting in addition to a MINIMUM of 3 years job-related experience in one or more accounting areas and have held a SUPERVISORY ROLE.
**Must have advanced skills with accounting software programs and Microsoft Office software.
**Listening and communication are vital in this role, as is your ability to problem solve.
You are dealing with co-workers, business partners, and vendors. This position involves performing calculations, posting financial figures to appropriate accounts, compiling data and provides information and all recommendations to senior financial officers. You are also responsible for retaining, storing, and securing all financial records to meet record retention requirements.
Base salary for this position is $35K-$45K, plus benefits.
